Notice Regarding St. Patrick's Day

On Saturday March 17, By-law and police presence will be heightened throughout the City and especially in your neighbourhood.

In addition, security patrols have been scheduled for this property. Please keep your celebrations inside your unit, and when inside, keep music and other noise within acceptable limits.  This applies not only to residents of your unit, but also to anyone that may visit your unit.  A copy of the rules for your condominium as well as the City of Guelph noise by-laws are available on the Inspirah website.

Residents are asked to call Guelph Police at 519-824-1212 to report noise and drinking violations as well as general “rowdiness!”

Please be respectful of your neighbours and the community!

Suspect your neighbour is having a party tonight?

The Guelph Police have suggested that you call early and often.  If you see signs that there may be a party at a nearby residence (e.g. a large number of people entering the house with alcohol, loud music, etc.), call the police early to give them the "heads up" to keep an eye on the residence.  They will begin patrolling early in the evening to keep everything under control.  The police and by-law officers get busier as the night progresses, so if you wait to report the party until late at night, their response time will be longer.  Noise and party complaints should be called in to Guelph Police at 519-824-1212.  For the best response, try to provide the unit number of the residence in question.

Be proactive, not reactive!

Updated Memorandum of Insurance

A new memorandum of insurance was mailed to all owners along with the Winter (December) newsletter. Owners are reminded about the importance of obtaining the appropriate homeowner’s insurance. While the condominium corporation insures the building structure and the common elements, the policy does not cover the interior of your unit. Please refer to the Standard Unit Bylaw so you can determine what you should be insuring. All tenants are reminded that they should be carrying content insurance for their personal property and all landlords should confirm this coverage is in place.
