Winter has returned!

Winter is back and with it comes that snow and ice that can make driving so much fun.   Do take care as you come and go in your vehicles, especially on the inclines coming off Stuart Street and going down to the garage level.   Once sliding, it can be very difficult to stop.

Your winter snow removal and ice control contractor should be on site in a timely manner when required to deal with snowfall and ice control.  However, you may need to be a little patient following a particularly heavy or unexpected snowfall.  If you think that they have dropped the ball, do call the Inspirah office and let us know, and we will work to get the lane back in decent driving shape.

Railing Painting

Please be advised that the white railings along the entrance of Unit 6 and 7 will be repainted black. The Board has contracted Jim Obermeyer to conduct this work and the expected start date is Friday August 26^th, weather permitting. 

If unable to begin on that date, the start date will be pushed back to August 27^th or the 30^th. The work should not take more than 1 day and should not interrupt access to the units.

Voluntary Front Door Painting & Decks

Please be advised that the Board would like to advertise the opportunity for owners to repaint their front entrance doors, backyard decks and partitions. This opportunity is voluntary and owner’s must incur all costs associated. Specific paints and colours must be used to ensure best results and uniformity throughout the community.

Front Entrance Doors

• Must repaint the same colour as your current door unless approved by Board
• 3 Colours: Samples can be found attached
• Must use Tremclad Brand Rust Proof Paint. Can be purchased at Home Hardware located at 389 Speedvale Avenue West, Guelph.

 Decks Floors 

• Must use Woodscapes Sherwin Williams Brand.
• 1 Colour: Belvedere Tan (SW 3002) Solid
• Sherwin Williams is located at 106 Silvercreek Parkway, Guelph. (Please mention that you are coming from 10 Stuart Street to receive a discount)

Deck Partitions

• Must use Woodscapes Sherwin Williams Brand.
• 1 Colour: Smoke Tree (SW 3019) Semi-transluscent

Window Replacement Phase 1

Window replacements are scheduled to take place during the 3rd week of September, 2010 and will be done by DLD Roofing.   They will be using machines such as boom trucks and other heavy equipment throughout the community.
