Chief Executive Officer, Principal

Robin Cowell has been with Inspirah Property Management Ltd. since 2001 and has been part of the Inspirah team since shortly after its inception. With extensive hands-on experience with standard, common elements, and vacant land condominium management, Robin possesses a wealth of knowledge essential to colleagues and corporations alike. As a gifted administrator, Robin is an invaluable asset to the team ensuring the office is running smoothly. Keeping abreast of new legal developments and challenges, Robin ensures that all corporations to whom Inspirah provides management, are aware of and in line with the latest developments. Robin has completed all courses required for the RCM designation and is a Registered Condominium Manager.

Tim McElhone 
Vice President of Rental Operations


Originally hired as a consultant for Inspirah, Tim's immense talents in this industry were soon recognized and he was recruited as a full-time Property Manager. With over 20 years experience in this field ranging from certificates in Home Inspection, Mould Training, and OAHI Defect Recognition & Reporting, Tim demonstrates his exceptional approach to the business. Tim is a current Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and is up-to-date with the Ontario Building Code - Part 9. Tim's prior experience as a manager and general contractor also guarantees professional knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the passion that can only come from someone who truly enjoys what he does.

Anne Turcotte 
Property Manager



With a number of years experience in the Home Service Sector, Anne knows what to expect when it comes to the day-to-day rigors of a Property Manager. She ensures successful interactions with a professional approach; whether it be scheduling service personnel or troubleshooting homeowner requests. Knowing how to maintain a professional yet personal relationship with customers is a key background trait in which Anne brings to our team. Her background as a Project Coordinator for an award-winning Builder also is an asset when processing and overseeing several tasks at once. Anne's friendly demeanour and enthusiastic approach will no doubt bode well for her on our team.

Ian Raynor 
Property Manager

Ian comes to our firm with a background in senior positions at some of the larger firms in Ontario. With Ian's strong background in real estate, law management, and some knowledge in agricultural/horticultural industry, he is an excellent addition to Inspirah. He also keeps himself informed in the sectors involving commercial and industrial development, land investment, and the sale of businesses. Ian serves as a Property Manager in our Guelph and London offices. His diverse business experiences position him well to be successful in the business world, where the ability to provide high class service to his clients is his top goal.

Phyllis Henke 
Assistant Property Manager

Phyllis has been providing office and property assistance to Inspirah for a number of years, joining the team permanently in 2004. Coming from a background in education, Phyllis' invaluable skills in administration, finance, and project management make her a wonderful asset to the team. Besides producing superior quality work, Phyllis is committed to customer satisfaction-believing that we provide first and foremost a service to the Corporations we are privileged to manage.

Susan Bertoli 
Assistant Property Manager



Susan started Inspirah originally as a Property Manager but decided a part-time role would suit her family needs better. We're happy to have her. Susan comes to our team with a diverse background across many exciting and challenging fields. Susan brings with her a strong sense of customer service experience which has been developed in the fields of hotel and resort management, office management, motor freight controller, and a long running background most recently in the housing industry working for some leading building and construction firms in the KW region. Susan will work to continue to provide the level of customer service that Inspirah has developed and continues to resonate throughout our team.

Jessica Varallo 
Property Manager



Inspirah would like to congratulate Jessica to the promotion as Property Manager. Jessica has completed her Bachelor of Commerce B.A. with a major in Marketing at the University of Guelph. With background experience in customer service and experience from various courses currently enrolled or previously taken at the University, she is a welcome addition to the friendly staff at Inspirah. Jessica will be specializing with our team in administrative and bookkeeping tasks within our rental division which includes accounts receivable and payable, lease negotiations, leasing processes, and she will have a key role in handlinng the rental divisions marketing and advertising needs.

Raeni Turcotte 
Property Manager

Raeni joins the team at Inspirah with a successful background in Retail Management at various levels and organizations. Knowing there is always a solution and understanding exactly what a client needs by asking the right questions, is the key to his success. Holding a diploma in Business Marketing and strong skill set in client service he brings a philosophy that is true to our firm’s level of expectations to deliver to our diverse client base. Raeni is involved as Property Manager for our Central and Western Region operations. With Raeni’s determination and desire to success we are proud to have him on our team.

Jordan Moncrieff
Executive Assistant

Jordan brings forth to the team at Inspirah a youthful energy as she provides support to the team in a part time role while continuing her studies at the University of Guelph in the Bachelor of Commerce Real Estate and Housing Program. Past work history in her young career within the industries of retail and assistance in a real estate sales brokerage firm have provided a learning curve of client service which she brings to the table with Inspirah. Someone whom is interested to volunteer and provide a hand in the community Jordan has aiding within the County of Wellington providing an understanding what it is to be a team player that has transferred into her role here. Jordan is a helping hand for those in our Rental Management Division and aspires to build and develop a long term career in the real estate industry.

 

Marcel Fryters
Property Manager

Marcel comes to Inspirah with a wide breath of background experience. Having completed all of the educational course work required to obtain his Registered Condominium Manager professional accreditation, he has recently joined Inspirah to take up management of a variety of different types of condominium corporations.  Marcel was until recently a long-time condominium townhome owner himself, and he brings to Inspirah many years of experience acquired as a condominium owner, Board Director, and Board President. As President of his condominium Board, Marcel promoted a policy where his condominium would pay for basic condominium seminars for incoming Directors so they could better fulfill their duties on behalf of their community. Marcel continues to serve as a Director at his former Mississauga townhome community.  When not in the office, his interests include home renovation and construction projects with a special interest towards the latest in home energy efficiency technologies. 

 

Sandra Castle
Property Manager

After obtaining a General Business diploma (and earning numerous awards for high distinction), Sandra's career path has lead her to hold challenging, multi-faceted positions in office management, marketing, sales, and bookkeeping.  The extensive skills and knowledge obtained through these positions, combined with a passion for real estate, make Sandra a welcome contributor to the team at Inspirah.  Her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and friendly disposition are well-aligned with Inspirah's commitment to superior client satisfaction.  Sandra is currently working towards her Registered Condominium Manager (R.C.M.) designation and enjoys that each day in the life of a Property Manager poses a new set of challenges that provide the opportunity to learn.

 

Stacey McGrath
Property Manager

Stacey is a valued member to the team at Inspirah with an extensive and diverse background taking key elements in the real estate industry in Interior Design and Sales/Marketing.  Stacey brings forth to valued clients an attention to detail and key element to meet high standards in customer satisfaction knowing this is an element to any successful partnership.  Stacey is actively working towards her RCM [Registered Condominium Manager] designation as she oversees management of various communities in our firms Grey Bruce Simcoe Regional Operations.

Casandra is actively working towards her RCM [Registered Condominium Manager] designation as she supports management of various communities within the Grey Bruce Simcoe Regional Operations. Casandra is a key member in providing professional management to the diverse portfolio of rental and vacation properties in Inspirah’s investor portfolio for the same region. Having extensive experience in business administration, accounting and financial reporting, Cassandra comes to Inspirah Property Management bringing key elements for continuous success.
