As a small start up business, a close relationship with local builder Reid’s Heritage Homes was formed establishing management of newly developed townhouse condominiums.

The first office for the business was established at 920 Edinburgh Road South in the townhouse condominium community of The Towns at Foxbend. Over the years further projects came under our management and our relationship continued with Reid’s in the management of newly developed condominium projects. In the fall of 2004 Steven Harris became a partner within the firm and began Inspirah’s growth in new developments and ventures. Within that year the rental management division was established and in turn began the slow ascent to reach new levels of servicing a diverse client base. New business relations were also established with other developers and builders within the condominium industry reaching out to new product mix and cliental. Starting in 2005 Steven Harris was appointed to the position of President and took over controls of the operations of the business. In the same time period long serving member of the Inspirah team Robin Szekeres was brought on as a managing partner in the firm and appointed to the position of Vice President shortly thereafter.

In 2006 expansion into the western region of the business commenced with the opening of the second business office location in downtown London. This permitted business growth within the county of Middlesex and surrounding municipalities for business development. 2007 saw further growth of the business opening a northern regional office situated in downtown Owen Sound with goals to service areas stretching between the municipality of Saugeen Shores across to the east over into Collingwood and areas in-between. Moving back into the local area where business began, 2008 brought forth the expansion into a second office in the south end of Guelph, moving the rental division to their own space and creating a setting for corporate operations to be positioned. In 2010 Inspirah Property Management Ltd. was proud to celebrate their 10th anniversary of business. We have grown from a small start up company of 1.5 employees in a tight knit Guelph location to a firm of 18 permanent employees in addition networking with local schools for co-op placements.

From one small local office servicing a small area to four office locations and serving areas as far wide as Niagara Falls, Waterloo Region, Halton County, Brantford, Woodstock, London, Barrie, Port Elgin, Southampton, Meaford, Thornbury, and beyond. We service in excess of 60 condominium corporations as of end of 2010 in addition over 400 different rental units, commercial rental properties and provide consulting services to the building and development industry throughout South Western Ontario.

A proud team of dedicated members, Inspirah continues to grow and has received strong recognition in the industry locally and abroad with a diverse and significant client base. Recently Inspirah has been recognized with various awards and honours in the industry, which have all been possible due to the team in place and leadership provided.
