Status Certificate Request Form 

Important Notices:              

1. As per the Condominium Act, 1998 we have 10 days to produce the status certificate upon receipt of payment.
2. This form constitutes a request for a status certificate only.  The 10 day period to provide the status certificate starts when payment is received, not when the request is submitted.
3. You will be contacted either by telephone or email when your status certificate is ready for pick-up. A status certificate will not be released until payment is provided. 
4. The price of a status certificate is $100.00 inclusive of taxes. Payments will only be accepted by cheque (payable to Inspirah Property Management) or cash.  We do not accept credit cards or debit. Cheques can be mailed to the following address:
