Visitor Parking this winter

Winter's arrival also means that we will be down to only TWO visitor parking spots over the winter months. These spots are not intended for convenience parking for your second or third cars, and they are also not intended for the boyfriend or girlfriend who "visits" overnight for 4 or 5 nights or more each week.

Please play fair and reasonably with your neighbours, and do not abuse the very limited visitor parking spaces that are provided for the convenience of legitimate GUESTS visiting 6263 Valley Way.

If any owner has concerns about residents regularly abusing the visitor parking spaces or blocking the fire route, please let your property manager know the particulars so we can work to make things right.

Winter has arrived!

Along with winter will eventually come snow, sometimes in large quantities, and we need to be able to move that snow around in order to ensure that people can get in and out of their driveways.

Please make every effort to keep the roadway completely clear of vehicles throughout the winter.  In particular, keep the two parking spaces beside Unit 6 completely clear of cars as that is where we store the snow that is plowed from the roadway.

Visitor Parking Enforcement

All owners are reminded that the 4 parking spots located at the rear of the complex are for visitors only. These parking spots are not in any circumstances to be used by owner’s or tenants and are for the exclusive use of visiting guests and their vehicles.

Please note that as of June 6, 2011 the condominium corporation will be actively enforcing this rule by ticketing and/or towing vehicles at the owner’s expense. The City of Niagara Falls will be monitoring the site and assigning tickets as needed as per the City’s by-laws.

There are two reserved parking spots on site that are already occupied, therefore any person requiring additional parking will NOT be able to do so on the premises.

Each unit is equipped with a garage and driveway to park vehicles.  All landlords must ensure that they are not promising more parking than this, unless they already have a reserved spot.  Residents are not allowed to use visitor parking for their personal vehicles, and if they do, they will be ticketed and/or towed.
